Notifications tell you when something needs your attention: a reply, a mention, an approval, a credential ready to claim. The same page also holds your credentials to claim and your ticket history.
Notifications are free on every plan.
#Open your notifications
Select the bell in the sidebar's quick actions. A number on the bell shows how many are unread. On a phone, open the menu from your photo in the bottom bar and select Notifications.
#Read and filter
Each notification shows an icon for its kind, a title, a short message and how long ago it arrived. A coloured dot marks the ones you have not read.
- Select a notification to mark it as read and open what it is about, such as the event, course, quest, job application or post.
- The tabs All, Unread and Read show a count each. Unread shows only the ones you have not opened.
- Mark all as read clears every unread dot at once.
- Point at a notification and select the trash icon (Delete notification) to remove it.
Hive3 keeps notifications for 90 days.

#Claim credentials
Credentials you have earned from events, courses and quests, and from a Camera Liveness Check, wait here until you claim them.
Open the Claim Credentials panel
On a computer it is in the right-hand column. On a phone, select the Claim Credentials tile at the top of the page. A number shows how many are waiting.
Pick a credential
Each row shows its name and where it came from: Event, Course, Quest, Camera Liveness Check or General. Select Claim.
Connect a wallet
The credential opens in a window. If you have no wallet yet, choose Create my Hive3 wallet (protected by a passkey on your device) or Connect my own wallet. A Small claim fee badge tells you a small network fee applies, and the window shows how to add the amount if your wallet needs funding.
Finish the claim
Follow the prompts in the window. When it succeeds, the credential shows that you have already minted it, with a link to the transaction.
If a credential is not ready yet, the window says why. For example, claiming opens when the event or course starts. See Your credentials and Wallets.
#My Tickets
My Tickets is your purchase history for tickets. On a computer it is a panel in the right-hand column. On a phone, select the My Tickets tile at the top of the page.
Each ticket shows what it is for, a label for the type (event, course or quest), when you bought it and the price you paid. A badge shows Refund pending, Refund rejected or Refunded when a refund is in progress or done. Select a ticket to open the event, course or quest it unlocks. To ask for money back, see Tickets and subscriptions.
#Choose what you get alerted about
You have three controls.
| Control | Where | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Per account | The bell next to Joined on an account's page | Turns notifications from that account on or off. |
| Per conversation | Chat options in Messages | Turns notifications for one conversation on or off. |
| Everything | SettingsDisplay & notifications | The System notifications switch stops new notifications for your account. |
The same settings page has a Community newsletters by email switch for email from communities you have joined. You can also unsubscribe from one community in any of its emails.
